Do you offer refunds?
Yes 💘 — you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Because all Sherbert Lemons pieces are handmade to order, we begin crafting your bikini as soon as your order is placed. As a small handmade brand, we truly appreciate mindful ordering and checking sizing before purchasing.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Please note: Certain items are exempt from refunds for hygiene and custom reasons (see below).
How long do I have to return my bikini?
• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Post the item back so that it is sent within 14 days of notifying us.
Which items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• All tags must be attached
• Hygiene liners must be fully intact and not removed or tampered with
• Item must be returned in original condition
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Bikini bottoms or one-pieces where the hygiene seal has been removed
• Items that show signs of wear, tanning, makeup, or fragrance
Custom or made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
How do I return my item?
Email us at returns@sherbertlemons.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Send your item back using a tracked postal service (this is very important so you have proof of return).
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• We do not provide return labels.

What happens once you receive my return?
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will process:
• A refund to your original payment method
OR
• Store credit (digital gift card)
OR
• An exchange
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
What if my bikini arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re so sorry if something’s not right — we want you to LOVE your order 💘
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at
returns@sherbertlemons.com
and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Faulty items will be refunded or replaced in line with UK consumer law.

Return Postage and Fees
Return postage is the customer's responsibility for all orders (UK and international) unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
